Third-Party Trademark and Attribution Notice

This Notice applies to the OffloadPro desktop software, installers, documentation, and the offloadpro.io website (together, the "Materials"), published by 18055441 Canada Inc., operating as OffloadPro.

1. Purpose of third-party references

The Materials refer to third-party products, services, platforms, storage formats, codecs, and brands — by name and, in some cases, by logo — solely for the purposes of:

  • identifying compatibility and interoperability (for example, which camera media, file formats, or operating systems OffloadPro works with);
  • letting users recognize and select the destination services they connect (for example, showing a provider's logo next to that provider's connector); and
  • truthfully describing supported workflows.

These are nominative, descriptive references. They are not claims of origin, partnership, certification, or endorsement.

2. No affiliation or endorsement

OffloadPro and 18055441 Canada Inc. are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, certified by, or otherwise associated with any third party referenced in the Materials, and no such affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or certification is claimed or implied. No third party referenced in the Materials has reviewed or approved OffloadPro.

3. Ownership of third-party marks

All third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand elements appearing in the Materials are the property of their respective owners and are used subject to their owners' rights. References include, without limitation:

Platforms and operating systems

  • Apple, Mac, macOS, and Apple ProRes are trademarks of Apple Inc.
  • Microsoft, Windows, and OneDrive are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.
  • Linux is the registered trademark of Linus Torvalds in the U.S. and other countries.

Cloud storage and integrations

  • Google Drive is a trademark of Google LLC.
  • Dropbox is a trademark of Dropbox, Inc.
  • Backblaze and B2 are trademarks of Backblaze, Inc.
  • Slack is a trademark of Slack Technologies, LLC.
  • Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.
  • Paddle is a trademark of Paddle.com Market Ltd.
  • AWS and Amazon Web Services are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

Cameras, codecs, and recording formats

  • ARRI is a trademark of Arnold & Richter Cine Technik GmbH & Co. Betriebs KG.
  • Canon is a trademark of Canon Inc.
  • Sony and SxS are trademarks of Sony Group Corporation or its affiliates.
  • Panasonic is a trademark of Panasonic Holdings Corporation.
  • Blackmagic Design and Blackmagic RAW are trademarks of Blackmagic Design Pty Ltd.
  • RED and R3D are trademarks of RED Digital Cinema, LLC.
  • DJI is a trademark of SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd.

Memory-card and media standards

  • CFexpress and CFast are trademarks of the CompactFlash Association.
  • SD, SDHC, and SDXC are trademarks of SD-3C LLC.

Any third-party mark used in the Materials and not listed above remains, equally, the property of its owner. Absence from this list does not imply any claim by OffloadPro.

4. Logo usage

Where a third-party logo is displayed (for example, cloud-provider logos in connector selection screens or on this website), it is used in unaltered form, at reasonable size, solely to identify that third party's service, and, where the owner publishes brand or logo usage guidelines, in a manner intended to comply with those guidelines. Display of a logo does not indicate that the owner supplies, supports, or endorses OffloadPro.

5. Compatibility statements

Statements that OffloadPro "works with," "supports," "connects to," or "offloads from" a third-party product or service describe technical interoperability implemented by OffloadPro, typically through publicly documented interfaces (such as OAuth-based storage APIs) or standard filesystem access. Third parties may change their products, formats, and APIs at any time; compatibility statements are current only as of the Materials' publication date.

6. Your use of third-party services

Your use of any third-party product or service with OffloadPro remains governed by your own agreement with that third party. Nothing in the Materials grants you any license to any third party's trademarks or other intellectual property.

7. Trademark owners: corrections and concerns

We respect trademark owners' rights. If you are a rights holder and believe any reference or logo use in the Materials is inaccurate, outside your brand guidelines, or otherwise objectionable, contact legal@offloadpro.io. We will review promptly and correct, attribute, or remove the reference as appropriate.

8. OffloadPro marks

OffloadPro™, the OffloadPro logo, and offloadpro.io are trademarks of 18055441 Canada Inc. Use of OffloadPro marks requires our prior written permission, except for truthful nominative references to the product.
